The Farmhouse sleeps 18 (16 + 2)
The Farmhouse is an extremely spacious detached 16th century country house, which sleeps 18 (16+2). The accommodation boasts a very spacious lounge with a large inglenook open log fireplace, a beautiful drawing room, games room with pool table, a large impressive beamed kitchen/dining room with Aga, gas hob and electric double oven. Also a generous sized utility room with w.c. off. Downstairs there is also a twin bedded room with en-suite facilities.

Upstairs there are three double (one four-poster) bedrooms and three twin bedded rooms. One has an en-suite, two with shared facilities and also a family bathroom with shower over bath. The annex has a galleried double bedroom and a downstairs living area with double futon (for +2) and log burning stove and shower room with w.c. There is a patio (with barbecue) and a very large garden for outdoor games. *The farmhouse is equipped with a colour T.V., video, radio/cassette/c.d. player, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. All electricity and a supply of logs are also included.

dining area. Leading off the living area is a double bedroom with en-suite
shower room and
also a bathroom and w.c. Small bed (2ft6in) for +1 beneath the stairs.
Stable door leading to private terrace. Upstairs, double room with
half-tester bed, room with three beds enjoying delightful view over
the river Avon, and show room with w.c.

A new extension to the barn - built just 150 years
ago! Barn owls once used to search for prey here, little owls still
nest nearby. A single
story cottage with private fenced garden area with excellent view.
Living/dining area with vaulted ceiling and small log burning stove,
French windows to private patio. Galley style kitchen area. One double
bedroom and one twin, together with bathroom/w.c.
