These are weekly rates, Normally Thursday to Thursday (in school holidays) for the Farmhouse and
Friday to Friday for the Cottages. Weekend breaks run from Fri to Mon. We try to be flexible!

Prices include electricity, heating and bed linen.
Towels are available by arrangement, if required, at modest cost.
3 night weekend break prices are normally 76% of weekly price.
4 night midweek break is normally 56% of weekly price.
* N.B. There is an extra cost of £115.00 (£87.00 for w/e) if the Farmhouse annex (sleeps 2+2) is
required, this is attached to the Farmhouse and will take the maximum sleeps to 18.
The Banquet Barn is available when the smaller cottages are booked together as a communal
dining/meeting room. The cost is £200.00 per week or £120.00 per weekend.
* Temporary Country club membership card is £40.00 per week/£30.00 per weekend and each card
admits 3 adults and children 6 years and under for unlimited use during your stay. Extra guests can use the facilities at approx. £12.00 per visit (£8.00 6 - 16 years).
Facilities include indoor heated pool, gym, sauna etc. etc. Production of the card will also give a reduction in green fees. Please note we only have a limited number of cards and they have to be
reserved on a ‘first come first served’ basis before arrival.
To secure a booking a non-returnable 20% deposit is needed and the final balance is normally due 6
weeks before arrival (10 weeks for Christmas & New Year).
