These are weekly rates, normally Thur to Thur (in school holidays) for the Farmhouse and Fri to Fri for the Cottages. Weekend breaks run from Fri to Mon. We try to be flexible!

*If you wish to book the Farmhouse annexe (sleeps 2+2, taking the total capacity to 18 persons), there is an extra cost of £150.00 per week or £130.00 per weekend.
- All prices include electricity, heating and bed linen
- Towel rental is available by prior arrangement at £4.00 per set
Weekend and Midweek Breaks
3 night weekend break prices are normally 76% of weekly price.
4 night midweek break prices are normally 66% of weekly price.

Banqueting Barn
The Banqueting Barn is available as a private dining/meeting room when any of the smaller cottages are booked together. The cost is £250.00 per week or £160.00 per weekend. This price is halved if you book three or more cottages.
Country Club Membership
A temporary Country Club membership card is £45.00 per week or £35.00 per weekend and each card admits 3 adults and children up to 6 years old for unlimited use during your stay. Extra guests can use the facilities at approximately £10.00 per visit (£6.00 for 6-16 year olds). Facilities include indoor heated pool, gym, sauna etc. Production of the card will also give a reduction in green fees. Please note we only have a limited number of cards and they have to be reserved on a ‘first come first served’ basis before arrival.
Securing a Booking
To secure a booking a non-returnable 20% deposit is required and the final balance is normally due 6 weeks before arrival (10 weeks for Christmas & New Year).

Here at Woodend farm we are able to accept both credit and debit cards, cheques or payment by bank transfer.
